Practice Manager Electra

Electra is our Practice Manager at Kotara and Charlestown NSW ensuring every patient’s experience at our clinic is smooth, supportive, and welcoming.

Working alongside our Operations Manager and reception team, she helps coordinate appointments, streamline processes, and provide guidance to staff so that patients receive timely and compassionate care.

She is often a point of contact for patients who may have more complex needs or enquiries, ensuring concerns are addressed with understanding and professionalism.

By balancing operational responsibilities with a strong focus on patient care, our  Practice Manager helps create a positive experience for every individual who visits our clinics.
